Shipping policy
Each Maine Mist Co. candle is hand-poured in small batches and prepared with care. Because we create and pack every order by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States and use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials whenever possible — no plastic, no unnecessary waste.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing time: 3–5 business days (made and packed by hand)
Shipping time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier
Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information provided once your order is fulfilled.
Please note that holidays, high-order volumes, or weather conditions in Maine’s coastal region may occasionally extend processing or delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.
If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our workshop, we entrust it to our carriers to bring it safely to you. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by carrier errors — but we’ll always do what we can to help.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@mainemistco.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
