Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Maine Mist Co. candle.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@mainemistco.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

If your candle is unused and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.

Because our candles are handcrafted and cannot be resold once used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been burned or otherwise used.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help you choose the scent that's right for you.

We recommend starting with our Discovery Set if you're exploring our scents for the first time.
