Refund policy

At Maine Mist Co., every candle is hand-poured in small batches using natural coconut and apricot wax, pure essential oils. Because our products are made in limited quantities and are scent-based, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Scent is deeply personal — while we do our best to describe each fragrance accurately, we understand it may smell different once experienced in your own space. As a small-batch maker, we hope you understand that we cannot restock or resell opened or burned candles.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@mainemistco.com with:

• A brief description
